When I was little I saw a lot of movies with cannibals.
They would leap upon the hapless victims and eat them with tooth and claw, and
a rusty knife if they were lucky.
That’s not how things go at all. Just because we eat
people doesn’t mean we treat them cruelly. We always kill them in as humane a
fashion as possible. And we cook people before we eat them. The human body isn’t
as well equipped to consume raw meat as it was earlier in our existence. Also,
humans don’t taste like pork. That’s just another urban myth.
