“Yeah, let the Space Guard deal with it. They can come out
here and investigate this thing.”
“What if there are survivors down there on the planet?”
“Who cares? I’m not risking my ass for some colonists I
ain’t ever met and couldn’t care less about.”
“Same. If we go down there, we’ll just end up dead too.”
“We don’t know if everyone is dead.”
“Sure, we don’t know for sure. But sure as shit they ain’t
rainbows and lollipops down there.”
“It’s just not worth the risk.”
